What will happen on the day?
This is more than a competition, it is our live job-ready showcase. The 6 finalists will demonstrate their real skills on stage through technical challenges, troubleshooting, communication, confidence, resume preparation, and interview readiness. It is a powerful way to show how TechSkills helps IT students and graduates become confident, practical, and job-ready.
Finalists will face a live skills challenge designed to test their practical IT knowledge, technical understanding, sharp thinking, and ability to apply what they have learned under pressure with confidence.
Finalists will face a real-world IT support scenario where they handle a live user request over the phone, diagnose the issue, and troubleshoot professionally, just like in a real IT support environment.
Finalists will showcase their resume preparation, communication skills, and live interview handling, demonstrating the confidence, clarity, and readiness needed to enter the real IT job market.

Ryan is travelling all the way from New Zealand to join and support the TechSkills Scholarship Grand Finale. He brings international encouragement, positive energy, and a strong belief in creating opportunities for talented students. Ranjan is a hacker turned mentor travelling from India to support and inspire our finalists. He brings real-world cybersecurity experience, practical technical insight, and a powerful message about learning by doing. We are honoured to have his presence as we inspire students to build real skills and think beyond the classroom.
